CounterText is the advanced version of standard 3DS MAX text shape primitive. It has the ability to include dynamic numbers, that changes over time, within the text body. Unfortunately it lacks some optimizations (which standard text primitive has) and it’s data is incompatible with standard text primitive, that means you should have CounterText plugged to your Max if you want to open a scene which includes CounterText objects in it.
