 How can i avoid "overlaps"?

How do i avoid them? Can you give some suggestions? What causes overlaps?

You mean the Texporter plug-in right?

if so the overlaps are caused by the mapping process (by the UVW modifier or other methods). it occures when the same mapping coordinate is assigned more than one place on the mesh object. That means overlaps are the places where the same texture fragment will be shown in more than one place. Since texporter shows the mesh in texture space, for overlapping areas same spot will be covered by more than one mesh fragment.

To avoid it, you should do a more careful and detailed mapping (by UVW edit modifier etc). Sometimes it might be quite hard (if not impossible) to get a non-overlapping one-piece mapping coordinates.
